Description

Through CyberArch, the University of Georgia (UGA) is increasing the resiliency of Georgia’s communities and businesses by helping under-resourced organizations understand and strengthen their abilities to prepare and respond to cybersecurity incidents. This program allows teams of student interns to conduct cybersecurity risk reviews to help organizations identify their vulnerabilities and understand how to mitigate them.

Services provided: Cyber risk review services. 

Request Services and Volunteer

  • Criteria to Request Services:
    • Georgia city and county governments, school systems, small businesses, non-profits, and hospitals qualify for services. 
    • There is a four to five month partnership commitment for entities seeking services. 
  • Request Services:
  • Criteria to Volunteer: 
    • Must be a UGA student. 
    • Does not require a STEM background. 
    • Passion for mission. 
    • After acceptance, must complete MIT cybersecurity course, Cybersecurity for Critical Urban Infrastructure, and the Google Cybersecurity Certificate Course.
