The National Council of Statewide Interoperability Coordinators (NCSWIC) is proud to announce the release of its 2019 Annual Summary document, a culmination of NCSWIC’s accomplishments, products, and successes for the year.
The summary includes details on NCSWIC’s key activities by its committees and sub-groups in 2019, including NCSWIC election outcomes, the establishment of the joint SAFECOM-NCSWIC Information Sharing Framework Task Force, and the review and update of NCSWIC’s goals and objectives. Featured products produced include the creation of the COMM-X Portal, a centralized website to share communications-specific training and exercise best practices, templates, and events, as well as the development of guidance documents such as the Value Analysis Guide Brochure. The summary also includes recaps of major in-person meetings held in April 2019 in Pittsburgh, PA, and November 2019 in Miami, FL.
NCSWIC thanks the Statewide Interoperability Coordinators (SWICs) who have helped us have a productive 2019.
