CISA Publishes the FY20 Emergency Communications TA and SCIP Guide
The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Interoperable Communications Technical Assistance Program (ICTAP) serves all 56 states and territories and provides no cost support to state, local, and tribal emergency responders and government officials through the development and delivery of training, tools, and onsite assistance to advance public safety interoperable communications capabilities.
eAUXFOG Mobile App
The Auxiliary Communications Interoperable Field Operations Guide (AUXCOM) is now available as the eAUXFOG mobile app on Apple® iOS™ and Google® Android™ devices. The AUXFOG is a technical reference for Auxiliary Communicators supporting public safety emergency communications planning and response.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Emergency Communications (OEC) and members of the State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (SLTT) Officials Governance Guide Working Group are working to update the 2015 Emergency Communications Governance Guide for State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Officials (the Governance Guide).

On May 24, 2018, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Emergency Communications (OEC) hosted the State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Officials Governance Guide Working Group in preparation for updating the Emergency Communications Governance Guide for State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Officials (the Governance Guide). This document was last revised and published in 2015. During the meeting, working group members began the process of conducting an in-depth review and revision process of the 2015 guide.
