CISA Announces New Chief of Staff Kiersten E. Todt

WASHINGTON – The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) announced today Kiersten E. Todt as the Agency’s new Chief of Staff. In this role, Todt will spearhead the planning, allocation of resources, and development of long-range objectives in support of CISA’s goals and provide strategic vision and direction to enable and empower CISA’s workforce.

Kiersten E. Todt

Kiersten E. Todt is the Chief of Staff at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). As the Chief of Staff, she is responsible for the planning, allocation of resources, and development of long-range objectives in support of the department's goals and milestones; she provides strategic vision, guidance, and direction to ensure CISA's Director is prepared to interdict or respond to threats to the homeland.

Victoria Dillon

Victoria Dillon is the Chief External Affairs Officer at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). As the Chief External Affairs Officer, she leads the Agency’s efforts to further develop, implement, and oversee current strategic communications efforts focused on building the organizational capacity required to continue to mature CISA’s enterprise; oversees all activities associated with congressional affairs and communications programs. 

Laura Delaney

Laura Delaney serves as the Acting Assistant Director for the Integrated Operations Division (IOD) at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). In this role, as well as her previous role as Deputy Assistant Director for IOD, Ms. Delaney leads integrated operations across the agency, including CISA’s regional service delivery, intelligence, operational planning, and operational continuity efforts.

Valerie M. Cofield

Valerie M. Cofield serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Ms. Cofield serves as the principal policy and strategic adviser to CISA leadership and senior management, integrating strategy across all the organization’s mission areas and ensuring policy, strategy, and operational consistency throughout the agency.

Felicia A. Purifoy

Felicia A. Purifoy serves as the Chief Human Capital Officer for the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Purifoy was appointed as a member of the Senior Executive Service in 2014 and has been employed with the federal government for more than35 years.

Tarek Abboushi

Tarek Abboushi is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and oversees all aspects of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process.

Erin Buechel Wieczorek

Erin Buechel Wieczorek is the Deputy Chief External Affairs Officer at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) as of November 2020, and as of January 2021 is currently serving as the Acting Chief External Affairs Officer.
