CDM APL Submission Process

The CDM Program hosts a monthly, open submission period that allows original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and resellers the opportunity to provide their offerings to be considered for listing on the CDM APL. 

 


Submitting Offerings for Evaluation 

Original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and resellers can provide their offerings for consideration by completing and providing the CDM APL submission documents, the supporting information, and evidence examples via email to the Acquisitions and Budget Office at CSD_CB_AcqBudg csd_cb.acqbudg@cisa.dhs.gov
