Katherine DiEmidio
Director of Legislative Affairs

Katherine DiEmidio was appointed to serve as the Director of Legislative Affairs at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in May 2025, where she directs and oversees the execution of the Agency’s legislative agenda and manages all Congressional outreach.
Prior, DiEmidio served as the VP of Public Policy & Government Affairs at Dragos, an operational technology (OT) cybersecurity firm. She also led government affairs for cybersecurity firm SecurityScorecard, and managed resilience initiatives for the North American Electric Reliability Corporation’s (NERC) Electricity Information Sharing and Analysis Center (E-ISAC).
She is a former Senior Policy Advisor at CISA and served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Office of Infrastructure Protection, at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). She has also held positions within DHS’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis and the U.S. Department of State. Ms. DiEmidio is a graduate of the Eisenhower School at National Defense University and the University of Delaware.
