With direct oversight of multi-billion-dollar budgets, Kristi brings a commanding expertise in fiscal planning, strategic forecasting, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-level financial operations.
As the Acting Chief Financial Officer at CISA, Kristi manages a $2.8 billion annual budget, delivering critical insights to Congressional Appropriations Committees and ensuring organizational alignment with federal mandates and strategic goals. Her leadership in automating agency-wide budget tools and directing cross-agency collaboration has significantly enhanced financial transparency and decision-making efficiency.
Previously, Crump served as Deputy Budget Director at ICE, where she oversaw the execution and strategic planning of an $8 billion portfolio. She successfully led organization-wide reforms, introduced analytical tools, and bridged operational needs with resource planning to support frontline mission readiness.
