At CISA, we proudly support an extensive array of cybersecurity-related financial assistance programs. These initiatives are strategically designed to bolster critical areas within the cybersecurity landscape.  Explore how we support this vital mission—where grants become catalysts for a safer, more secure digital world.  In addition, USAspending.gov has specific financial information about federal awards, including grants, contracts, and loans.

State, Local, Territorial, and Tribal Programs (SLTT)

State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP)

The State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) helps eligible entities address cybersecurity risks and threats to information systems owned or operated by—or on behalf of—state, local, and territorial (SLT) governments.

Tribal Cybersecurity Grant Program (TCGP)

The TCGP will help tribal governments address cybersecurity risks and threats to their information systems by enabling DHS to provide targeted cybersecurity resources that will improve their security.

State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Security Operations Center/Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC)

This Cooperative Agreement (CA) funds the Multi-State ISAC and Election Infrastructure ISAC in partnership with the CA recipient to support capacity building and threat information sharing among the SLTT community and elections organizations.

Rural Emergency Medical Communications Demonstration Project (REMCDP)

REMCDP is a competitive cooperative agreement for CISA to work with communities to examine rural emergency medical communications barriers and identify solutions that enhance existing infrastructure to improve the delivery of rural medical care.

Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign Program (CAC)

The CISA Cybersecurity Awareness Program is a national public awareness effort aimed at increasing the understanding of cyber threats and empowering the American public to be safer and more secure online.

The Cybersecurity Education and Training Assistance Program (CETAP) focuses on growing and educating the next generation of the cyber-literate workforce.

Cybersecurity Workforce Development and Training for Underserved Communities Program (CWD)

CISA’s Cybersecurity Workforce Development and Training for Underserved Communities (CWD) grant program addresses the cyber workforce shortage through outreach and hands-on training for potential cyber staff of all ages.
