When loading a dataset, the mappings of Countermeasures/Templates are adjusted for Techniques that are: unknown, deprecated, or revoked. When templates have unknown/deprecated Techniques removed, the Countermeasures mapped under those Techniques are placed into Additional Countermeasures.
