Imagination Fellows

CISA is focused on building a bench of innovative problem solvers who are prepared to lead the future of the nation’s cybersecurity and infrastructure security. The Imagination Fellowship Program offers existing CISA employees an opportunity to develop leadership skills necessary to tackle the complex and evolving threats to our critical infrastructure. Imagination Fellows must be GS-13 level and nominated by a supervisor as a rising leader.
The fellowship includes:
One year of shadowing relevant agency leaders and offices;
An individual project with a tangible outcome;
a group “Imagination Coefficient” project, a large-scale recommendation delivered to the Agency’s leadership that could produce transformational change;
and leadership development directly sponsored by CISA Director Jen Easterly.
