Intent: Tool for tracking equitable recovery by capturing a snapshot of community recovery functions at the local level. Provides funders with a way to track progress and ID patterns of disparate recovery within the community.

The web-based tool is designed to aid local government stakeholders and other end users in tracking the progress and quality of post-disaster recovery
