The Supply Chain Resilience Guide provides emergency management with a five-phase cyclical approach for analyzing local supply chains and enhancing supply chain resilience

Inputs: Interview style questions for user on specific "community lifelines" and a "Supply Chain Resilience Engagement" checklist as the appendix that are recommended actions for long-term collaboration
Outputs: Spreadsheets with locations of resources, stakeholders to engage, and interdependencies with other resources with associated maps.
