The Federal Senior Leadership Council (FSLC) is the primary consensus-based cross-sector council for Sector Risk Management Agencies and other federal departments and agencies with responsibility for critical infrastructure security and resilience. 

Currently, the Department of Defense and CISA serve as co-chairs of the FSLC.

Membership

The FSLC is comprised of principals, action officers, technical experts, and other representatives from the following member departments and agencies.

Federal Risk Management Working Group

The FSLC forms working groups to address certain topics or to undertake substantial or focused investigations, research, or other tasks.  The Federal Risk Management Working Group (FRMWG) serves as the coordination and analysis body focused on critical infrastructure risk management-related work on behalf of the FSLC.
