This initiative leverages the Sector Risk Management Agency expertise of the Transportation Security Agency (TSA) and the technical cybersecurity capabilities of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to better protect pipelines from emerging cybersecurity threats. This is a practical approach to mitigating sector-specific risks by using existing resources in conjunction with an overarching strategic risk management framework.
