Critical Infrastructure Sector Partnerships
Industry and government councils serve the Nation's 16 critical sector. CISA serves as a risk advisor and plays an overarching coordination role across all the sectors.
The Sector Coordinating Councils (SCCs) are self-organized and self-governed councils that enable critical infrastructure owners and operators, their trade associations, and other industry representatives to interact on a wide range of sector-specific activities.
Government Coordinating Councils (GCCs), comprised of representatives from across various levels of government, are formed to enable interagency and cross-jurisdictional coordination.
