2021 - The Risk Management Process For Federal Facilities: An Interagency Security Committee Standard (RMP)

The Risk Management Process for Federal Facilities: An Interagency Security Committee Standard (2021 Edition) defines the criteria and processes facility security professionals should use in determining a facility's security level This standard provides an integrated, single source of physical security countermeasures and guidance on countermeasure customization for all nonmilitary federal facilities.

The Risk Management Process standard incorporates the following appendices:

  • Appendix A: The Design-Basis Threat Report (FOUO):
  • Appendix B: Countermeasures (FOUO):
  • Appendix C: Child-Care Center Level of Protection Template (FOUO):

2021 Edition - The Risk Management Process for Federal Facilities, Appendix B: Countermeasures (For Official Use Only - FOUO): This ISC document establishes a set of physical security countermeasures to be applied to all Federal facilities based on the determined Level of Protection (LOP). It correlates to Appendix A: Design-Basis Threat Report of The Risk Management Process for Federal Facilities: An Interagency Security Committee Standard.
