Chemical Sector

The Department of Homeland Security is the Chemical Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA) and leads the Chemical Sector’s public-private partnerships to develop tools and resources that enhance the sector’s security and resilience.

Active Shooter Preparedness

Active shooter incidents are often unpredictable and evolve quickly. In the midst of the chaos, anyone can play an integral role in mitigating the impacts of an active shooter incident.

Insider Threat Mitigation

Insider threat incidents can happen in any sector or organization. CISA provides information and resources to help individuals, organizations and communities create or improve an existing insider threat program.

Bomb-Making Materials Awareness Program (BMAP)

CISA’s BMAP is about restricting access to bomb-making materials and explosive precursor chemicals by promoting awareness and reporting of suspicious activity related to intentional misuse of consumer goods used to make improvised explosive devices.
