Robin Stephens

Chief Human Capital Officer (Acting)

Robin Stephens

Ms. Robin Stephens is a dedicated HR professional with over 30 years of federal service HR service. Her federal career includes tenure with the National Institutes of Health, Department of Justice, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and other DHS components.

Starting her HR career as a receptionist in an HR Office Ms. Stephens advanced on to becoming a Subject Matter Expert in various HR functions. Her leadership and oversight extend to recruitment and staffing, position management and classification, pay administration, benefits, employee relations, performance management and awards, HR information systems, HR data analytics, workforce and succession planning, executive service and employee engagement. Ms. Stephens is committed to promoting a positive customer service experience, taking a hands-on approach to building successful organizations, succession planning and creating a safe space for employees.
