The Security and Resilience for Bombing Incidents Course assists in planning and implementing Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) activities within overall public safety and emergency management approaches for organizations and communities. It covers common C-IED-specific security and resiliency goals in order to build bombing prevention capabilities at the organizational/jurisdictional level.
The course covers the following topics:
- Considerations needed when analyzing current bombing prevention capabilities
- Sustainment actions or corrective actions for capability gaps
- C-IED preparedness resources available
